I have worked in the social work field for over 2 decades; licensed for 13 years. My clientele has ranged from toddlers to seniors. My clinical style is primarily mindfulness-informed psychoanalysis with a strength-based holistic approach. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered modalities.
I strive to meet my clients where they are, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I approach my work from a place of faith, hope, humility, and a bit of humor.
