I use an integrative psychotherapeutic approach based on trauma resolution that responds effectively to my clients' cognitive, affective, and behavioral functioning, and addresses the spiritual dimension of life as well. I specialize working with individuals, couples, and families.
I offer psychotherapy sessions in English and Spanish. I hold a Psychology Degree from Santa Maria Catholic University, Arequipa-Peru, a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from George Mason University. I'm trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness.
