I incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in my practice in order to empower individuals and families and to help them overcome their challenges in life.
