I believe a good therapist needs to mentor, teach, and provide support for the personal development of their clients, and betterment of their lives. My approach is holistic and pragmatic and tailored to each client. We will work together to achieve tangible progress in your psychological and overall well-being.
Although I do not prescribe psychiatric medications, I have a strong working knowledge of them and work closely with prescribing physicians such as psychiatrists as part of coordinating a client's treatment.
