I work with individuals and couples. My specialty with individuals is working through blockages to loving yourself, family/relationship concerns, eating/body image, identity exploration and development, and academic/career/professional stressors. I work with couples on communication, life adjustments, trust, equity, intimacy, and overall satisfaction.
I aim to provide a space that feels warm, compassionate, and understanding. And my passion is for you to feel a sense of belonging, presence, and power in your life.
