My passion is working with individuals who have been impacted by complex trauma and major life transitions. Most importantly, I want to provide a safe and comfortable space for your therapy journey. I have worked with teens and adults and have expertise in trauma and women’s issues. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused, Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused approaches.
My goal is to honor and model honest, open, and effective communication in a safe and comfortable space. I want this to be a partnership and collaboration towards your therapeutic growth.
