Hello! I'm so glad you're here :) Throughout my career, I have assisted individuals on their journeys with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, executive functioning skills, life transitions, relationships, and caregiving across the lifespan. I utilize modalities of CBT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness interventions, and play therapy techniques. Spoiler alert: Play therapy is not just for kids! From exploring your favorite songs and lyrics, movies, books, art and game-play, and connecting those to your life experiences and goals.
