An Awakened Heart is the result of love and dedication in wanting to therapeutically serve others in their desire toward psychological well-being. Utilizing cognitive & transpersonal approaches specific to individual needs, the work lends toward a more whole and integrated sense of self. Through purposeful focus on self-recovery, the vision is to bring forth the best of whom we are, despite challenges, traumas & the emotional pain we are so often identifying. By reconnecting to ourselves we can begin to understand the themes roles & behavioral patterns that interfere and sabotage the changes we are trying to engage.
Working from a transpersonal framework I utilize approaches that work to address core challenges whose symptoms are often expressed somatically through the body as physical illness &/or through the mind behaviorally enacted & expressed through addiction, anxiety, depression, codependency & narcissistic abuse in consequence to emotional/traumatic experiences.
Our most important relationship is the 1 we engage with ourselves. It's from this point we can feel trusting, safe & vulnerable enough to be more of ourselves & to also be met with that reflected change. We are responsible for the changes we wish to see in our lives. As we work on what's held inside the world outside then mirrors what has changed within us.
