Hello and welcome. I work with toddlers, children, teens, and adults in my practice. I specialize in Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-informed therapy. I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which can be a very effective tool for individuals who experience Borderline Personality Disorder or for those who struggle with eating disorders, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I have genuine compassion for each of my clients, and I work to teach and empower them to manage difficulties in daily functioning.
Together, we will work to build on your strengths. I am a therapist specializing in different types of therapy.
I have both online and in-person openings available currently. I can offer appointments after school ,Fridays and on Sundays. If you require a 15-minute consultation, you can contact me at 406-461-1786. Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
