Welcome! Taking the first step in reaching out can be challenging. My goal is to create the kind of environment that feels safe to explore whatever issue is causing you distress. As a social worker, I bring a deep empathy and a strengths-based approach to our sessions, where you are the expert in your own experience. I'm EMDR trained and utilize a variety of clinical interventions like CBT, narrative techniques, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational interviewing, to help see what fits your needs.
My specialties include navigating life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and women’s issues. I have a soft spot for former people pleasers and young adults struggling with post-grad life changes. I have a strong background working with teens with suicidal ideation and self-harm and am well versed in safety-planning.
If you're struggling to find your voice or feeling overwhelmed by life's twists and turns, I'm here to offer a judgment-free space where you can explore, grow, and, most importantly, be yourself. Feel free to reach out for a 15 minute consult if this connects with you!
