I am a humanistic Gestalt therapist who utilizes parts work, somatics, and interpersonal modalities. I do depth psychology with a style that is warm, direct and intimate. Areas of focus: LGBTQIA+, shadow work, spiritual growth, generational trauma, non traditional/nuclear relationships and parenting.
