I am a licensed clinical social worker with many years of experience. I provide psychotherapy to adolescent girls, young women and adults. My goal is to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment to help my clients develop solutions to their distress, build confidence and develop a healthy sense of self.
My training includes extensive work with depression, anxiety and trauma. My approach is strength-based, collaborative and focuses on a journey towards wellness. Within a compassionate, safe environment, treatment is an active process identifying goals that promote healthy life changes and builds upon existing strengths and skills.
I devote a portion of my practice to the needs of adolescent girls and young women.
