I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with disordered eating, trauma, depression and anxiety. Primarily, I work with women. My passion is helping clients discover their values and utilize them to create more joy and satisfaction in their lives. Together, we can work to improve your self-esteem, outlook on life, and process any challenges.

Groups
Soul Work - Eating Disorder Focus
Soul work is a open to women who are looking to grow their recovery and connect with others who are doing the same. This group serves women who are in recovery from their eating disorders and want to take the next step towards healing. The first 30 minutes of the group is spent focused on meditation, journal writing or creative arts therapy interventions. The next hour is dedicated to open process and support. This group is virtual and operates as a closed group. This group will run for 8 weeks and is open to 8 individuals.
