I believe that each one of us have immense power and potential within us. I know that the road to unlocking this power, however, can often be a bumpy one. It is my great honor to assist my clients as they navigate through their unique experiences. My hope is that they can discover how to live their lives to the fullest and embrace their strengths and grow from their challenges. I have great respect for my client’s individuality and beliefs. I am deeply empathic and gentle in my approach but will challenge my clients and hold them accountable if that’s what they need from me.
I have worked in the field for 10 years and served a wide range of clients. I utilize methods like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solutions Focused Brief Therapy), and EAP (Equine Assisted Psychotherapy) to name a few. I also put a lot of emphasis on grounding exercises, breath work, and integrative healing. I offer Equine at my clients request.
I received my BS in Psychology from BYU-Hawaii, and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver with an emphasis in Mental Health and Trauma. I currently offer sessions virtually, as well as in person Equine sessions. At this time, I am only accepting self-pay clients. I wish nothing but the best for you.
