I work with couples who are feeling stuck in their relationship. This may be due to communication problems, trust issues, sexual problems, financial stress, or other challenges. Whatever the issues, there is a growing distance, tension or conflict in the relationship or there is a fear of this developing. My goal is to help couples identify and understand the underlying causes motivating the patterns that are creating difficulty in their relationship and help them develop new, more fulfilling ways of relating to one another.
I use attachment theory techniques and focus on helping couples connect on a deeper emotional level. I work with couples to identify and express their needs, as well as understand and respond to their partner's needs. By helping couples to create a more secure attachment bond, I aim to increase safety, trust and connection and to reduce conflict and distance
