I have experience working with people struggling with personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, addiction and psychotic disorders. Evidence based interventions I frequently use include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Most recently, I became trained in CPT.
