To fit your unique situation, I will draw from an array of therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, EMDR/trauma-focused care, and mindfulness.
I provide services through StonyCreek Psychotherapy and Wellness via in-person sessions in Bangor and telehealth across the state, and I am currently accepting clients 16 years and older.
