With an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology, I have an Integrative approach to Psychotherapy. Using Relational, Humanistic, Mindfulness, Somatic Awareness, Transpersonal, CBT, Narrative and Attachment modalities and theories I help you to uncover your True Self for empowered living and to create the relationships you want, with yourself and others.
I have been teaching Yoga and Empowerment for the past ten years. I have also worked in social justice as the Team Leader of The Young Adult Abuse Prevention Program, teaching how to create healthy, equitable relationships and how to look for and respond to warning signs of abuse.
