Do you feel like you are stuck in survival mode, barely keeping your head above water? Are you overwhelmed with guilt and shame or perhaps can't shake the feeling like you aren't quite enough? I understand you and am here to help. I specialize in working with self-worth issues as well as eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety and depression. I also work with parents seeking help and guidance for their child that may be struggling with their mental health. Additionally, I have experience working with collegiate athletes and can offer services for any level of athlete looking for support in sport performance.
My number one goal is to provide a safe environment where we can connect and get to the root of your suffering. That isn’t to say that our work together won’t be uncomfortable and challenging at times, but I promise that we will walk this journey together and you will have my support every step of the way.
