I help clients feel at-ease enough to be themselves by approaching therapy with a non-judgmental, genuine, and relational approach. I work primarily with pre-teen girls, teenage girls, and young women, as well as members of the LGBTQIA population. I also specialize in psychological testing for individuals age 6 and older, including testing for ADHD, autism, and general questions of finding the right diagnosis and treatment.
I combine multiple approaches in therapy depending upon my client's need, including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based therapy. For clients seeking psychological testing, I help clients find answers to what they are struggling with by looking at not only the diagnosis, but the unique factors that makes them who they are as a person.
