I have worked with many clients who are dealing with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, extreme stress, PTSD and relationship issues. Everyone struggles at one point or another and I want to eliminate any sense of stigma around seeking help. My own life experiences have afforded me the opportunity to see first-hand how talking to a mental health specialist can help anyone work through difficult issues. I interact with my clients in a compassionate, non-judgemental manner while creating a safe environment for them to openly express and explore fears, emotions, and goals.
I enjoy working with people who are feeling stuck. Like most everyone, I have personally experienced difficult times in my life. I understand that fear and sadness are legitimate feelings that we all experience. I want to provide my clients with tools to alleviate their symptoms while we work to gain insight as to the underlying cause.
I love sitting with clients in my office; hearing their story for the first time and really seeing them for who they are. I want them to feel loved, valued, and heard. I want to be the person that my clients can be their authentic selves with and know that they will always belong.
