I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer a space for healing and personal transformation. My work is motivated by the belief that exploring and attending to past wounds can allow us to meet our present experience with acceptance and move forward from a place of wholeness and authenticity. I approach our work as an evolving creative collaboration, prioritizing safety and trust. In my practice I support individuals grappling with grief and loss, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and challenges related to identity. I offer affirming psychotherapy for adults in the kink/BDSM and polyamorous/non-monogamous communities.
My approach is holistic, person-centered, and collaborative. I’m anti-oppressive and intersectional, acknowledging the dynamic and layered ways our social identities affect how we experience the world. I honor how you show up while inviting you to consider new perspectives and connect with a fuller range of emotions that may provide insight into unmet needs.
