Accepting new clients! Being able to connect with a clinician can be hard. Really hard. Feeling "other" has become so normal that we often don't even realize we are merely surviving because we don't know there's another way to exist. That's where I come in. Drawing from both lived experience and professional experience, my goal is to help you move from merely surviving to truly thriving and step into your authenticity with confidence, contentment, and peace.
I'm a LGBTQIA+ and relationship minority (i.e. ENM) affirming therapist, and I have a passion for working with those who have felt or feel "othered". In many spaces of our world, we feel unsafe or afraid to show our true selves, and instead we have to "mask" to get by. Which can be... absolutely exhausting.
I want to dive in with you to help you identify whose voice you are hearing, and replace it with your own true voice.
