Life is not about IF we will face difficult times, it's about preparing for WHEN and getting through the now. I enjoy working with adults and children who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, cultural demands, grief/loss, and complex life transitions (including serious illness such as cancer, etc.). I want to help you discover meaning and hope through our intentional work together. Additionally, I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
I have more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and groups. When you work with me, you will feel that you are valued and deserving of compassion and care. My greatest professional assets are my ability to connect with you, help you uncover what’s preventing you from living your best life, and help you establish and move toward your goals.
Having experienced profound loss myself, my approach is empathetic and compassionate, and grounded in evidence based therapies (e.g, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness). Whether it’s short or long term, our work together will be intentional, collaborative, and brave. You are worth it!
