I provide individual therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, fertility, attachment, adoption, parenting, and grief/loss. I utilize expressive arts therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy in my work and believe there is great benefit in working collaboratively with other professionals.
