When my clients first encounter me, their lives often feel stuck and overwhelming. Trying to navigate experiences of disconnection, or untenable situations. Many struggle with managing body image, family/ relationships, career, and dating. Together, we will explore the experiences and relationships that have created and impacted the person you are today. My orientation towards psychotherapy is psychodynamic and relational. Collaboratively processing complex attachment and relationships, I will be with you, supporting you, every step of the way.
After completing my Master degree, I received post-graduate training for Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Stephen Mitchell Relational Study Center, The Institute for the Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity, and the Gottman Institute. I am trained in IFS, EFT, CBT, Somatic Therapy.
My hope is to be assist and guide you toward a sense of self that feels confident and truly honest. I often refer readings and cinema to bring context and psychoeducation to our work.
