I have more than 16 years of experience working in community mental health, private practice and facilitating groups and 12 years fully licensed. I earned a BS from North Carolina State University and an MA in Agency Counseling from North Carolina Central University.
I take an integrative and holistic approach to counseling focused on mind and body connection. My career has focused on supporting people with substance use disorder and process addictions (gambling disorder), supporting active duty military and their families and working with people that have chronic pain and illness.
