I'm a therapist committed to providing quality, focused therapy to those struggling with the hard realities that life sometimes sends our way. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed by life or just disappointed in your response when challenged. I work best with adults and older teens and I have a great deal of experience working with those struggling with past trauma and mood disorders.
I approach therapy from a cognitive/behavior and strengths based perspective and I want you to see real change. I also approach life from a Christian perspective and desire to show Christ's love and acceptance to all clients. I am currently under supervision as an LMSW by Phil Newman, LSCSW. So, I will be accepting some clients with a sliding scale.
