In session you will feel a sense of empowerment and motivation. We'll identifying your strengths and needs in a down-to-earth, non-judgmental space. We can utilize talk therapy, ART therapy, or brainspotting to get you to the place you need to be. I use a holistic approach to therapy, utilizing mindfulness and meditation to connect mind, body, and soul.
