I specialize in working with teenagers and adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and PTSD, and life and faith transitions. My approach is to create a collaborative, trusting therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe and comfortable discussing their experiences, thoughts, and feelings.
My goal is to help my clients increase their awareness, understanding, and self-compassion, and to support them in developing the skills and tools they need to navigate life's challenges. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I am committed to working with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
