You've come to the right place. I'm dedicated to helping young people achieve happier, healthier lives with personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs. With my warm and friendly approach, I deeply connect with young people, making them feel safe and supported. My solutions-oriented methods typically achieve results within 4-6 weeks, teaching your child to develop effective coping skills, regulate their emotions, and develop life skills.
I offer a unique therapy program, utilizing the latest proven therapy methods to ensure effective and efficient progress. My specialties include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral and self-esteem issues, trauma, and family conflicts. I also provide consultations with parents, guiding them in how to create a supportive home environment.

Having trouble finding a support group for your teen who is in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction? Look no further. Teens Together in Recovery is designed for teens struggling with substance abuse. Modeled after AA and NA, but tailored to a teen's understanding, my group provides a safe and supportive environment where teens can share experiences with their peers. Led by Amy Murray, a licensed therapist, each session focuses on healthy coping strategies. Currently, there are no teen-specific recovery support groups in Vancouver - join us and be part of a community that supports your teen's journey.
