You've come to the right place. I'm dedicated to helping young people achieve happier, healthier lives with personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs. My solutions-oriented methods typically achieve results within 4-6 weeks, teaching your child to develop effective coping skills, regulate their emotions, and develop life skills.
I offer a unique therapy program, utilizing the latest proven therapy methods to ensure effective and efficient progress. My specialties include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, behavioral and self-esteem issues, trauma, and family conflicts. I also provide consultations with parents, guiding them in how to create a supportive home environment.
