I believe each of us has within us, the ability to heal and grow from any difficulty life hands us. Sometimes we just need the guidance of a caring and competent therapist to carry us through. We all desire to feel safe, seen, and supported when we are our most vulnerable selves.
I provide a person centered and eclectic approach to therapy. I have training and experience using CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed CBT, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Internal Family Systems therapy.
