I integrate evidence-based trauma therapy, Brainspotting, and somatic work to support healing that requires additional work beyond talk-therapy. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Therapy, and Art Therapy techniques along with talk therapy such as CBT. I primarily work with couples, families, and teens.
