As a therapist, I have helped those with a growth mindset to work on patterns and thoughts that are no longer serving them. I truly value the therapeutic relationship to help heal with a holistic approach, body, mind and spirit. I use integrated system's theory tailored to the your needs.
I use a variety of modalities to treat symptoms which could include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral theory and acceptance commitment theory. I am also a DBT informed clinician but find that therapy really varies depending on the client. This is your journey!
