My ideal clients are couples experiencing emotional and sexual disconnection, feeling distant, frustrated, and struggling to communicate their needs. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) guides them in breaking negative cycles, rebuilding emotional intimacy, & ultimately enhancing their sexual connection. Through EFT’s focus on attachment, couples can reconnect deeper by addressing the emotional blocks that have kept them apart. I incorporate attachment-focused trauma work to help couples heal from past emotional injuries or betrayals that may be contributing to their disconnection. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

Trauma, whether from within or outside the relationship, often disrupts emotional and sexual intimacy. By integrating trauma-informed strategies, we create a safe environment for couples to process these wounds together, strengthening their bond. For couples seeking deeper healing, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Through a combination of EFT, mediation, sex therapy, and attachment-focused trauma work, my goal is to help couples rediscover the emotional closeness and joy they once shared. This holistic approach creates a safe space for improving communication, rebuilding intimacy, and fostering long-lasting, fulfilling relationships.
