Being human did not come with a set of instructions, but perhaps it should have. So often, humans find themselves in the mess of suffering, pain, and social programming that gets in the way of being our authentic selves. I, myself, am human first, therapist second (& ya know... 1000 things in between). I see therapy as a way to recenter and come back into YOUR own knowing. Therapy is the conscious participation in your own evolution. And I am here to assist you on your journey to evolve into the human you want to be.
I practice Acceptance & Commitment Therapy as my primary modality. Additionally, I incorporate models of conscious awareness including Jungian concepts & experiential exercise that engage the mind in methods that expand conscious awareness. I am constantly researching and looking up new ideas to evolve psychology into being a method of being a wilder human.
