I specialize in working with survivors of complex trauma, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse/assault, and religious trauma. All of my clients are ages sixteen and up.

I am a client-centered therapist. Some of the evidenced-based interventions I utilize are EMDR, psychodynamic, somatic work, and sand tray therapy.

I am passionate about this work because I understand that there is so much hope and healing that is available for clients who are ready to do this work. I hold my client's stories and trust with reverence. It is an honor for me to have the opportunity to collaborate with each of my clients and witness their resiliency, bravery, and healing.
