EMDR is a psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. I am a EMDR-trained therapist and a member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). I firmly believe everyone has the ability to face their hurts, and with the right support, can lead the lives they envision for themselves.

I am passionate about building positive mental health outcomes and have dedicated years of study and practice to guiding others in ways to improve their own.
