After years of working with individuals from all walks of life, my goal with each my clients is to assist them in fostering their own sense of self. Often, we already know the solutions to the problems we face, but the stress of life can make identifying them a challenge. By using a strength based, mindfulness centered approach my hope to walk with my clients in their journeys towards those answers. I specialize in family, childhood, and adolescent populations, and utilizes multiple techniques such as mind-body connection, play, art, and mindfulness therapies.
I am a trauma informed therapist. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and internal family systems therapy for clients to look inward and reflect on themselves and their environments to find lasting solutions for their concerns.
I am happy to work alongside clients from all walks of life, while I do have a background as a chaplain, I welcome secular and individually spiritual clients. In addition, I am part of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities and hope to foster a safe space for all. I am accepting new clients and look forward to speaking with you!
