Through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Therapy, mindfulness and relational strategies you will develop the knowledge and skill to create lasting change.
My current focus is in working with couples utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT is an evidenced based highly effective model, developed by Dr. Susan Johnson, which seeks to create new interactions between couples through an Attachment Theory lens in order to foster attuned and secure bonding in primary love relationships.
