These feelings are normal, however, sometimes we need help to develop the right tools to deal with them in a healthy way. Everyone deserves to feel heard, supported and encouraged. As a holistic therapist, I can help you find ways to manage these experiences in a way that works best for you. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy - your story is unique to you. I specialize in a variety of diagnosis including trauma, eating disorders, attachment, anxiety and depression. I utilize a diverse approach to therapy to ensure that my clients receive treatment based on individual needs. Some of the approaches I offer include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
Change is pivotal in life. However, many of us struggle with change because of consistent cycles of disruptive behaviors and unhelpful patterns.
