I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and National Certified Counselor with 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with teens and adults who may be struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, or are interested in making changes in their lives. I am also working towards my certification in sex therapy and work with clients experiencing issues around sexual functioning, mismatched desires and intimacy concerns, and other sexual issues.
As a marriage and family therapist, I will help you understand your presenting problems in the context of your relationships. I will work with you to help you make changes in your relationships and help you learn skills to manage issues, such as anxiety and depression.
