Therapy should be a support that you can go to when you are feeling sad, angry, fearful, hate, happiness, and any other emotion you feel comfortable in talking about. This is a time in your life to have that space to be open and real with yourself and I can be the person who will open those doors and lend a helping hand.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and family systems. Some techniques I utilize include art therapy, play therapy, and a humanistic approach to help process feelings and emotions through self-expression and creativity. A little bit about myself is spending time with pets, going outside, watching movies, and playing video games.
