I use a strengths based, humanistic approach to meet you where you are in your life. Simply, I bring my authentic self and meet you where you're at.
I am passionate about developing a safe, nonjudgmental space so we can collaboratively engage in the process of making the changes you want to make. I work with folx of all ages and stages of life, because transitions and adjustments happen thoughout our lives and sometimes we need someone to help on that journey.
Therapy can take time, or it can be short and direct. Even when your body is keeping the score (as happens with trauma), there are ways we can clear out that score card. My wish for everyone is that they have healthy ways to cope, as well as comfort and a sense of safety in SELF.
