I work with people experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, lifestyle illness and those overwhelmed by symptoms of autoimmune and neurologic conditions. I enjoy working with people who have been injured or had surgery and are experiencing physical or emotional symptoms. I frequently help clients understand and implement the treatment recommendations given to them by specialists and assist in improving overall health through sustainable lifestyle changes.
My training is in neruo- and health psychology which emphasize the relationship between the brain and body. I help clients understand this relationship and its' link to their symptoms. When indicated I consult with patient's other providers to gain perspective. In session you process experiences and learn skills to reduce or eliminate symptoms.
Life is fast paced, challenging and overwhelming. Therapy with me is a place where you get to slow down. We will build a relationship based in authenticity and trust. You will learn skills, be empowered to take agency and create change to reduce symptoms and improve the quality of your life.
