Welcome! I am Amy Hublou and I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating the complexities of life and relationships. With over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. I am licensed in both Idaho and CA. I currently offer both in person and remote sessions to Idaho clients, as well as remote sessions to California clients. I offer short term Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to address anxiety and depression among other issues.
I employ a client-centered and strength-based approach, tailoring my therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Grounded in evidence-based practices, my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering positive change and personal growth.
