I am a licensed, clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. I have expertise in the treatment and recovery process of all types of eating disorders. Additional specialities include working with self-injurious behaviors, processing grief, post traumatic stress disorder, marital and relationship difficulties. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including both individual and family/marital sessions.
I use an integrative relational style that incorporates both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship in which clients are active participants in the process of change. I draw on the individual strengths of my clients, working with them to achieve their goals.
