I am a humanistic, person-centered therapist with an eclectic approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-informed approaches, healthy grieving and adaptation to death and loss, and internal family systems (IFS). I also have certifications in grief/loss, trauma focused CBT, and DBT.
With a comprehensive focus on trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, adjustments, and parental stressors, I will approach therapy in a collaborative manner, coming together to discover the changes and goals needed to reach the quality of living and functioning that is desired.
We will collaboratively create goals and outcomes specific to you. I will incorporate a variety of techniques to assess and improve your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. We will explore and work through the barriers impeding you from the better life you aspire towards and deserve having!
