Using a person-centered approach and integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), I strive to deepen connections and foster personal growth. My therapeutic style is direct yet nurturing, infused with creativity, positivity, compassion, and empathy. I believe therapy should be an engaging and meaningful journey.
I believe that the components for a successful therapeutic treatment are: collaborating with a therapist who is the right fit for you; finding a balance of self-understanding and self-compassion; and utilizing tools to manage your feelings and your present situation. I use evidenced based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy.

NEW FALL GROUP STARTING IN SEPTEMBER "Separating Together" is a structured support group designed to empower individuals navigating divorce. Through guided discussions, activities, and personalized journaling, participants explore emotional impacts, grief, self-discovery, building support networks, trauma healing, and self-worth. The group fosters a supportive community, promoting resilience and personal growth amidst divorce challenges. 90 min group sessions 6 total sessions $200 total
