Life gets messy and complicated. Struggling with the work/life/family balance can be managed by acknowledging the challenge and talking about it. Most clients struggle with some type of anxiety or depression. In the session, we start by working toward developing a coping skill "toolbox" and learning how to recognize when those symptoms start. Most clients want to feel heard and want to have strategies to use to help manage their symptoms. I also find that most clients want a person to listen, someone who is impartial, who can challenge but offer a perspective.
As a therapist, I will help you take all of the stress and rearrange it into something beautiful for yourself, your relationship, or both. Growth is a process and therapy isn't easy but I will be with you every step of the way. If you have Medicaid, I can only accept it you reside in Westmoreland, Armstrong and Indiana County.
I know that reaching out for help can be challenging, especially online. I believe in building rapport, getting to know you as well as sharing more about myself. I would love the chance to meet you and the opportunity to work with you.
